Review the cancellation Policy
We understand, plans change!
If you cannot make your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can. To protect our stylists' time, we must strictly enforce our policy.
Any appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Check your stylists pricing
Each stylist sets their own prices. Please review the price for your selected stylist and service before confirming your appointment. Pricing will be shown during booking.
Give yourself time to arrive
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to adjust your services or reschedule your appointment. If rescheduling is necessary, our cancellation policy may apply.
